Dr Dhruva Krishnan is the Medical Director and Chief of Anaesthesiology at Health City Cayman Islands. With more than 20 years of international clinical and leadership experience, he oversees medical operations and provides advanced anaesthetic and perioperative care across a wide range of surgical specialties. He also serves as Vice President of the Cayman Islands Society of Anaesthesiologists (CISA), contributing to the growth and development of the field across the region.

Dr Krishnan completed his MBBS at Bangalore University before pursuing a Diplomate of the National Board in Anaesthesiology. He then earned a Fellowship in Cardiac Anaesthesia (FCA) at Rajiv Gandhi University, specialising in cardiothoracic anaesthesia. With over two decades of experience in anaesthesiology, perioperative medicine, and intensive care, he has also held senior leadership roles in hospital governance, patient safety, and healthcare strategy.
