Health City Cayman Islands is a medically advanced tertiary hospital located near High Rock in the district of East End in Grand Cayman. The brainchild of internationally-renowned heart surgeon and humanitarian Dr. Devi Shetty, it features a unique model of healthcare, built with a focus on the patient and rooted in innovative business models that allow the delivery of high quality, affordable care.

The facility services adult and child patients both locally and abroad, providing highly skilled physicians and surgeons, who have more hours of medical experience than most of their US and Caribbean colleagues.


Milestone Achieved

A member of the Narayana Health network, HCCI is the first hospital in the Caribbean and one of only six organizations globally to receive the prestigious Joint Commission International (JCI) Enterprise Accreditation.

In October 2023, HCCI entered a collaboration with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, aglobal leader in cancer care and research, marking a milestone in our effort to enhance oncology care domestically and internationally.


Health City Cayman Islands features 110 beds in a modern two-story facility with a special layout where every patient room has an outside view.
