Dr Nigel Kellow is a leading consultant in interventional spine and pain medicine with more than 30 years of specialist experience. Based at The Wellington Hospital in London, he specialises in minimally invasive, image-guided procedures to diagnose and treat complex spinal, nerve, joint, and cancer-related pain conditions. Dr Kellow completed specialist training in Oxford, Cambridge, Paris, and London and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists. He established the Pain Medicine Unit at The Wellington Hospital in 2004 and is the only non-surgical member of the Wellington Hospital Spine Unit, working alongside some of the UK’s leading spinal surgeons and neurosurgeons. His expertise spans complex spinal disorders, neuromodulation, image-guided interventions, and cancer pain management.
