Health City’s primary school science fairs kick-off in June 2023, after months of planning and hard work between the Healthcare Explorers team and the government primary schools. “At Health City, we believe that we have to start sowing the seeds of a love for STEM early,” explains Charles D. Bush, Senior Education Coordinator. “Our goal is to increase the students’ curiosity about the various applications of science, including the medical field.” The science fairs begin with Edna Moyle Primary School on 5 June, continue with Red Bay Primary School on 8 June and East End Primary School on 9 June and end, for this term, with Joanna Clarke Primary School on 13 June. George Town Primary and Prospect Primary will hold their science fairs in the first term of the 2023 – 2024 academic year.
